Upload trouble with the iPAD App

Dear all,

 

i am trying to use the iPad App, but upload from files does not work at all. It gives always a upload failure message. Does anybody have a solution or shares this problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, could you please elaborate on what error you see while trying to upload any file in iPad. 

Also what type of entitlement do you have?  Commercial, trial etc., ?? 

And is this a regression that is happening now or were you facing this before ?

This will help us to understand why you are facing this?

Dear Sasi,

Thanks for the quick reply. I just started with a free personal use license
of Fusion360 and have a downloaded fusion model in iCloud.

As soon as I select the file from iCloud drive, either using the + symbol
and the browse option, or the upload menu option, fusion app initiates
upload, but almost immediately A message pops up, that there was an upload
failure and I prompted to try again. But retrying renders the same result.

Hope that clarifies a little bit the situation.

Am having the same issue for uploading videos from my mobile app. It will initiate the uploading but almost instantly an error message will say "Failed to upload" and no matter how many times I retry it still fails to upload. 

Please fix soon tq
