Upload progress not working/ saving

fusion doesn't appear to be saving my documents and the upload progress is not moving resulting in losing some work. a blue symbol was showing saying saving delayed but not sure how to continue to work if my work isn't being saved. have checked fusion is all up to date and tried clearing cache data but nothing seems to be working.
Is anyone else having this problem?  or had this problem before?

thanks

@frankWTC2B @This almost is a result of either slow network or Fusion. It able to connect to the network.

Few questions and requests.

1.  Do you work in multiple environments (work, home, airport, common network area)  your machine or also do you have multiple machines that you work on?

2. At this time are none of your saves and uploads working?

3. Collecting your logs would vertically help us here.

4. Reset your router to make sure that the router is not an issue.

we can start from here and see what we find.

@frankWTC2B Thank you for the logs. There are a lot of files that are stuck. Here is what we can do:

1. Close Fusion
2. IN this article can you run the steps with the command line
3. Once you have done this - generate logs for me again please?

Once we have cleared it would be good to also run a reset of Fusion.

1. Fusion service utility (add/remove programs - Fusion-Modify)
2. Reset Fusion
3. Now login agin

Things to test:
1. Is save working?
2. If it is then the next time you hit the save issue immediately capture logs and attach.

With help from fusion i seem to have resolved this

solution seem to be the below

  1. Close Fusion.
  2. Go to the following path: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\(Lettered folder name)\W.Login\
  3. Change the name of F folder (you can add suffix, like F_old).
  4. Try uploading files one more time in Fusion.

as well as manual clearing the upload queue by entering the below into type text commands

Fusion.CancelUploads

@frankWTC2B Glad the queue is cleared but that is only one part of the problem. If you hit this again you will immediately know that either the save or the upload is not working, please note the network connectivity at that time and also the logs from that time and post back here.
