Upload progress bar stuck and won't go away

Usually when it gets stuck refreshing/going to another folder/project makes it go away:

Went away after restarting Fusion.

After restarting Fusion the progress bar went away until I tried uploading that file again.

Looks like it only happens on this one STEP file that is 0 bytes [file attached but renamed] so it's probably a corrupt file or something.

EDIT: The file won't attach to this post for some reason.

But if you want to get to this issue that priority is much higher. The solutions provided did not resolve that issue. Can't keep clicking on drop down menus a hundred + times a day:
