Upload fails on Fusion360 and MAC

Hi All

 

I am new to Fusion 360 and I am having massive issues with uploads failing.

 

I keep getting a notification in the top right saying the upload has failed, but when I check the queue there is no sign of anything that is stuck.

 

I have checked on my online portal and can see the file but not the latest version.

 

I have searched for this issue on the web but they posts seem to relate to windows (not Mac) and some of the links in the help topics no longer exist.

Hey cpthompson82,

Try clearing your cache, that usually solves problems like the one you're experiencing.

I have tried cleared the cache and it looks like it has worked, but then it fails again.

 

Do you have any further advice?
