Upload Cancelled

Will not let me upload a file, each time it just gives me the message Upload Cancelled

tried the following

Clear Cache / Restart

Fusion Repair that turned into a Widget missing error

Fresh uninstall and reinstall 

 

Still have the problem, I have opened the file on another persons fusion at work and its fine so its not the file as I have tried different files also and the same problem.
