updating to new version

my Fusion is showing the old version and there is no updates showing for me to upgrade to the new version. Its not allowing me to contact an agent because it is giving me an error. Anyone have this problem? I have restarted it multiple times and was able to upgrade to the new version on a home computer but not my work. Thanks.

@suzuki6327 Which OS are you on? Just to make sure that you are on a supported OS. What sort of error does it give you? Does the error have a link to download an error log? If so can you please attach the log here?

I am on Windows 10. When I try to click and talk to an agent i get a message saying " we are sorry. an agent is no longer available. Please try again to contact us."

@suzuki6327 @I can try to help you here to see why you are not getting an update. I chin version are you currently on? 

can you start fusion again , go to about- support and diagnostics- diagnostic log files and attach the zip file that you get here?

@suzuki6327 The logs show that you are on a build 2.0.10806 which is about 10 months old. Our recommendation is to uninstall the build and install the new version 2.0.13158.
