Updating Parameters Does not Update Model

Hello,

I was working on a project to create a configurable chassis model for the FRC season this year, but once I got to a certain point, every time I change a parameter value from the configuration menu or parameter menu nothing changes in the model. I tried entering a sketch, clicking into the edit box for the impacted dimension, and hitting enter to reset the dimension to that parameter. Although that changed the positions of the lines in the sketch the blue highlighted section did not update until I took one side of that rectangle and turned it into a construction line and then back. I got that to work once or twice, but ultimately it did not seem to work consistently. Is there a way to force a model to recalculate with the new values or something? I'm really looking forward to being able to use the configurations feature, but this is a bit of a road block it seems. If there's a different workflow that is better and could potentially avoid this problem I'd love to know as well.

If it matters as well I've tried this with the instance of Fusion 360 that I have on a windows 10 desktop and a windows 11 laptop, but neither have had any differences.

Here is a link to the file. If it would be better to attach the file itself just let me know.

Here's an example of the highlighting issue. I changed the dimension from 8 to 5, and then double clicked on the dimension and hit enter which resulted in the following. If I then click one of the lines and change it to a construction line and back the highlighted shape fixes itself but the whole model still does not update accordingly.

Thanks!

After letting it sit for a few days, I went back and tried again and it seemed to work fine when I opened it again. I also learned about the Compute All option under modify which I suspect would have fixed the problem had I known about it at the time.
