UPDATED: Reloaded Fusion360. How do I connect the new install to myhub?

Today (11-20-2020), when I went to open Fusion 360 it would not open. I received an error message

(I did not copy the error code/information, I should have).

I uninstalled my installed Fusion 360, then downloaded a new Fusion 360 install file from the Fusion 360 web site, and reinstalled it.  The new install opens, and my projects are showing, BUT none of them have any files in them.

All my projects and their files are in myhub, but no being accessed by the reinstalled Fusion 360.

How do I connect the new install to myhub?

@Bob-1947 A reinstall of Fusion should not have this impact for sure. Couple of things to look at:

1. In the data panel at the top left corner is the hub switcher. Can you use the dropdown to see if your files are in any other hub? May be you converted to a team hub?

2. In the web when you go into the the project, you mentioned that you do not see your files but you should see a Trash folder in there. Any chance that the fillet ended up there? Just a check to make sure nothing got deleted accidentally.

3. This is the most common one that we have seen from out customers. Are you sure you did not create a new account accidentally? We have had plenty of instances where customers thought they lost all data only to investigate to find out that they created new accounts with new email IDs.

@Bob-1947 Glad to know that you are seeing the files now. I was preparing another set of questions  🙂
