Update today (7/16/21) failed to install and won't let me access F360 until update IS installed?! Frustrating

The window ahead of F360 starting up says I have the option to install updates later, but only allows me to "update" or "quit F360"?!  I would like to send you the log files, but need to know which ones are helpful and how to send them.

@Anonymous @The message you are receiving is because your Fusion 360 is on a very old version. We sent notifications and displayed in product banners about this block coming July 14 about a month back. The only option is to update to the latest. 

I understand that you are having difficulty to install the latest version. Can you please attach logs? Here is a manual way to collect log files since you cannot launch Fusion - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-manually-collect-the-log-files-for-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html
