Hi there,
i am quite new to Autodesk and have a problem with an update. I wanted to open a file my partner has sent me via myhub. After I tried to open the link in Autodesk I received the job status that my update can not be completed and that I should restart my pc aswell as Autodesk. I did that for sure many time but nothing happened. I have attached the diagnostic log.
