Update keeps failing

Just doing what it says to do. I've tried 3 times and it keeps failing.

I've attached the logs.

You have this error in your log file.  Some other Forum posts suggest that your reset your Router by turning the power on, wait, and then back on.  Others suggest the same thing for your network card in your computer.

That might work but I'm on a very expensive connection (not expensive good, like expensive remote). It looks like it's downloading the same files every time and then just giving up because of some timeout/handshake. 

In short, I can't blow through my expensive data troubleshooting.
