Update issues

When I try to update it instructs me it is unable to without reason

@Anonymous Sorry for the trouble. Can you do a clean uninstall and try reinstallation? Below are some links on how to perform a clean uninstall.

1. Automation clean uninstall.
2. Manual clean uninstall.
