I saw 2 sessions of Fusion 360 started almost simultaneously. Currently I don’t have idea what may cause this situation.

When you say 'doesn't uninstall'. Does the uninstall process starts? do you get any error message while uninstalling?

If you still have problem uninstalling Fusion 360 then try install again after remove folder %localappdata%\autodesk\webdeploy
