Did you get the log files, it is not attached.  If you need help securing the log files, take a look at this webpage.

You have the following error showing in your log file.  I would do the following in this order (if the one in the list does not solve the issue, move down)

  • Use the Fusion 360 Service Utility to Repair Fusion 360
  • Use the Fusion 360 Service Utility to Uninstall Fusion 360
  • Go to your Autodesk Account, you can right click on your log in up in the right hand corner to do this and go to the Products and Services page, again from the menu in the upper right had corner.  Download a fresh copy of Fusion 360 and install.  Make sure you right click on the installer and choose Run as Administrator.  I also recommend you turn off all Anti-Virus application(s) during this install plus any other applications you are running.

I think that will do it.  Come back and select the Accept Solution icon if it does, come back and ask further questions if it does not.

I did not hear back from you so I am guessing you had success with your issue.  If my Forum post solved your question, please select the "Accept Solution" icon to do three things. First it allows others to find a solution to a similar question, two, it closes the Forum post and last, it acknowledges that you accept the solution given. If you need further help, please ask.
