Update failed to complete

I have tried restarting my computer and reopened the software, and the update keeps failing before reaching 50%. I have attached a diagnostic log, I hope it is helpful. I thank in advance to anyone who helped!

@Anonymous thank you for attaching the logs. Logs shows an error:

SSLError: [SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC] decryption failed or bad record mac

Here is an article that could help resolve this problem. (I would try the clearing temp folder to start with).
