Hello,

I am getting this error. I have tried rebooting the computer and wifi. I have also done a complete uninstall of Fusion and reinstalled running as an admin. I said it  failed to install, but yet I am still able to access it.

See attached log.

Thank you for your help.

Here is an error from your log file.  It would seem that multiple installer were running at the same time and it could not write required values to the Windows Registry.

Hi @trailstandard
Thank you for sharing log file.  Are you able to create folder "Desktop" under your user location?
1. CMD
2. md "%userprofile%\Desktop" (from command window from #1)
3. Install Fusion 360.
Hope this helps.
Regards,

Dooyoul.

Hi @trailstandard ,

There are some changes around the area where your current error is seen in latest Fusion release. Please use latest version of Fusion 360 for installation. I see your current version is 2.0.13377 which is not the one containing changes, uninstall it and install latest released version. Hopefully your issue should be resolved with latest changes.

Regards

Sikandar

Hi @trailstandard , Do you see any error? If yes, can you share screenshot?

Also please share latest streamer log (autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log) from your machine? Let me have a look.

Regards

Sikandar
