Looking at your log file, I do not see anything that failed.  Have your closed Fusion 360 and restarted your computer the restart Fusion 360?

Yes multiple times. Closing the software and restarting the PC.

When back and looked again and found a lot of Windows permission errors.  The thing that puzzles me is that it says the error was ignored but maybe it was not.  Are you logged into your system using an account with Administrator rights?  The big error I did find was your registry was locked by another installer.  You have to make sure the Task Manager does not show any Processes running that will interfer.

I can't seem to get this to work. Is there anyway to try to update manually? It appears to be stuck with this same message and isn't actually trying to redo the update.

The only thing you can do, other than use the Update routine, is to do a Clean Uninstall and then Reinstall.

I don’t know how to do an update routine but I tried to uninstall and got this error in the screenshot attached. Let me know if you’ve seen this. [Image.jpeg]

No image is attached.  You cannot attach images using an email reply if that is what you are going.

I have not seen that one.  For applications that will not uninstall on Windows operating system computers, you normally need to use the Microsoft Uninstall tool.  I do not know what your operation system is.

After lots of tries to uninstall in different ways it wouldn't uninstall so we reinstalled it over the existing software. This worked but it caused all preferences, shortcuts and settings to reset. It also caused some files to be moved into different folders... this was really frustrating. Not sure why the database would have been affected but it was. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else, I wasted hours so far fixing things and still not done.
