UPDATE FAILED TO COMPLETE , CAN'T OPEN FILE I JUST CREATED

Hello,

I made a project, and this morning when I went to open it again, it's saying update failed to complete. I'm connected to the internet, and it says "working online" , and Im able to access my files, but it won't open saying my software is too old... ? I just made this project yesterday!

I tried pasting my log file, but this forum says messge cannot exceed 100,000 characters...

Did you create the design and fail to open it using only one computer? Or did you create the design on another computer?

 

Please go to the help menu and use the Diagnostic Log Files tool. This creates a zip file that can be attached here. If that fails I'll email you to get the file.
