update documentation for fusion 360 stuck in offline mode

my fusion 360 was stuck in offline mode, and i was troubleshooting through the following article (restarting fusion 360, restarting my computer, checking proxies, deleting cache, etc).

It turns out fusion 360 was stuck in offline mode because there's a toggle in the "clock" icon at the top right that was set to offline mode. Flipping it to on solved the problem. I suggest adding this to the above article.

Thanks for reporting. I think it may have been left out of that article because what you describe is an intentional toggle that the user has to perform. I'm asking to include a check on that toggle as the first step of the troubleshooting.
