unwanted view change when editing the sketches of components

This is really annoying. When I edit a sketch of an explictly created component, the view always moves to other strange places. If I start the editing zoomed in, the part of the sketch originally there would move totally outside the view.  Such behavior is not seen when editing the sketch of the root component.  Is there anything I can do about it ?

This is caused by the Capture Position feature:

which gets rolled out when the sketch is edited (Fusion takes you back to the state when the sketch was first created).

 

If you don't like the "auto look at" behavior, just disable it:
