Unsupported Browsers

I am a teacher and I have 6 of my 29 students not able to access Fusion 360 because a window pops up saying “browser unsupported”. When I have a different student login (or my account) on the same computer it works. Anyone have a solution?

@ryan_woodMUV24 Tie almost certain that the 6 students are not accepting a url in an email that was sent to them after your invite. 

if they login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login they should be able to resent email and accept to login. 

if for any reason this does not work you can direct message me the email ID of the students that cannot login. 

I would recommend logging into the link I sent above.

I've had the same issue, out of 65 students only 5 or 6 had this unsupported browser issue.  I used the the link above and had the student log back in.  It took about 5 minutes but it worked!  I downloaded a program from autodesk called Autodesk Desktop Connector.  Not sure if that was the reason the students came up with the browser issue but it worked!  Thanks!
