Unsuccessful installation of Fusion 360 (with "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe")

I am trying to install Fusion360 (with "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe").

The installation stucks immediately after starting the installer (print screen):

I have no other problem reaching internet.

In protocol analyzer I see that it tries to contact "ipv4bot.whatismyipaddress.com". If I am right this site does not provide IP address information any more. What shell I do?

I tried to connect my PC directly to Internet providers modem, disable antivirus (Avira) and disable OS Firewall, with the very same result.

The configuration of my PC is:

Win10

I5 CPU 3.4GHz

16 GB RAM

248 GB free disk space

@cjozef Can you please go to the below location and attach the log file found in that location?

  • Windows: C:\Users\(username)\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log

@cjozef I don't see the logs attached. It will be helpful to get the logs.

Adding log file again, hope this time successful.

I tried installation for more then dozen times, same result.

This log file is only for one try (hopefully easier to investigate).

My PC is:

Win10 (64 bit) edition Pro

version 22H2

I5 CPU 3.4GHz

16 GB RAM

248 GB free disk space (on drive c:)

integrated graphics (resolution  1920 x 1080)

according to

https://help.autodesk.com/view/RSTR/2023/ENU/?caas=caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/System-requirement...

the required disk space is 8.5 GB (I have 248 GB)

In the log file it is stated   "Sufficient disk space found on system."

If my English is correct it should mean that there is enough space.

Eniway thank you very much for your effort.

@cjozef Thanks for the logs. I am asking our engineering team to look at it.

Can you see if you will be able to restart your router or if there is possibility to connect to another network (like a cellular hotspot for example) , can you connect that way and see if it helps?

Something in your current network is not letting the install go forward.
