Solve Details:

 

Starting solve
Job has finished with errors.
Receiving results.
Error: An unknown error occurred and there are no results available.

 

I have reset Fusion 360 and done a clean reinstall. I have unlimited credits. I have made sure I am using the correct account. The study precheck is green. I have tried with several models, they all give me the same result.I had no problems several weeks ago.  The cloud rendering does work. Anything else I should try?

For the 'unknown error receiving results' could you send us your log files after the message is displayed?

  • Help pull-down > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic log files

Please email the zip file to hughDOThendersonATautodeskDOTcom and we'll take a look.
