Uninstall error - -2147417850 Cannot change thread mode after it is set

Attempting to uninstall fusion 360.  I get:

[WinError -2147417850] Cannot change thread mode after it is set

Not much else to go on.

@wjlahr Refer to the article on how to perform an automatic clean uninstallation and then reinstall. Try to uninstall using it.

I ran the cleanup utility but it was still in the 'Add or Remove Programs' in windows.  I tried running the install again so I could uninstall it and get the same error.

@wjlahr can you try to do a manual clean uninstall using the steps mentioned here? It also mentions how to remove Fusion 360 from the 'Add or Remove Programs'.
