Unexpected Save Location : New file should save to the folder open in left pane browser

Current Behavior : New file saves to wherever file was last saved (I think, I'm not actually sure about this).

Suggestion Behavior : New file should save to the folder open in left pane browser. If I've navigated to a project, and I'm opening files in it and working on it, then I definitely expect that when I save a new file it's going to save in the project I'm working on. "Save As" should work the same way.

This already is the as-designed expected behavior.

Can you please make a video showing how it's not working for you? I'd like to test exactly the steps you are taking, let's get on the same page exactly.
