undo / redo

Hi to everyone,

today i opened Fusion 360 in order to start working on it and after a few moments i decided to restart it because of a new version available. Well, after installing the new version i noticed a little problem with UNDO / REDO commands : before the new version, putting the cursor on the arrows ( either UNDO or REDO) it showed, without pushing the button, a preview of the command. Now this isn't available anymore but i have to push the flag beside to have the preview.

How can i restore, if possible, the previous conditions?

Thanks

The drop-down list work but it seems you have to left click on the arrow to get it to drop down the list.  Screencast shows what I get.

I'm not sure, but I understood the issue a little differently. @grazianoZ8TY8, could you clarify if when you are pointing the Undo/Redo icons, the descriptions "Undo" and "Redo" are not visible? Or @jhackney1972 is right and you meant drop-down lists.

However, I think that checking the update of graphics card drivers or even the operating system should be helpful if there is an issue with displaying some interface elements. Alternatively, the clean uninstallation of Fusion 360 is always a good idea.

Hi John,

thanks for the answer. It's exactly the conditions showed in your screencast. Before the latest update i had a preview description of the action showed  in the list just putting the cursor on the arrow. I haven't to click on it for viewing the actions. Obviously it showed to me only one action (the previous in case of UNDO or the next in case of REDO).

Do you understand?

Is possible to restore the same conditions?

Thanks

If you want the Undo and Redo drop-down arrows to show the list of available commands to show up without left clicking on them, well the answer to changing it to just hovering, is NO.

I mean what you can see in the screencast. Now i only see UNDO and REDO while before the update there was also the action preview ( for example UNDO Create Sketch).

Do you confirm there's no way to have a preview just hovering the cursor on the arrow?

I just tried it again.  The drop-down list of Undo or Redo actions are not available by just hovering over the down arrow, you have to left click on it.
