Undercut with 3D contour no longer works

I make wheels like this regularly. I use a 5" x .175 slot mill/cutter. I am running a new part with the same features and tool as a previous part, so I just copied the setup and tool path from the old program. I cannot get it to generate a tool path with the new part.

So I went back to a similar part I ran a year ago with a already run tool path and tried to regenerate it and got the same error.

There's a bug when using "Touch/Avoid Faces". When set to "Avoid", it fails. However, one workaround that should work in most cases is to use "Touch" and select the surfaces to machine. They are working on a fix for this issue, hope to have it in hand for a future update.
