unable to work on home wifi

Hi Team,

Im unable to work with fusion 360 on my home network .the network got decent speed of 60Mbps and almost same upload speed. Able to play HD videos on youtube .Still fusion 360 shows error as outage.I tried re installing with the same network ,and fusion was not streaming through this network .Finally got installed by using mobile data.Please help me out to solve the issue. Windows 10.

Hi,

1. Normally Fusion is installed under the user C:/USER/CHARLIE

2. Installation requires a CLEAN UNINSTALL
