Unable to use compare versions feature on Fusion 360 web

I am trying to compare two different versions with the compare utility on Fusion 360 web (Autodesk360)

When the version selection dialog pops up and I select the desired versions, it gives the following messages:

Luis_Garcia1_0-1674629251510.png

It translates to: No visible/valid elements found to compare.

It gives this message no matter which versions I choose.

Any guesses on I might be doing wrong/not be working?

Cheers

Hi @Luis_Garcia

Is it possible that you share the model here?

Also, is your model made from solids or meshes?

Have you tried to compare your model with other versions? Like v16 and v12 as an example?

It seems like it is some fault within the F360 web, since I tried to see if it will show any changes when I created a cube, saved it as v1, then created another sphere next to the first cube as v2 and it shows the same error:

Yes, I have tried comparing different versions and all of them report the same message.

How should I report this to Autodesk for review?

Thank you
