Unable to Uninstall Fusion 360

Attempted to uninstall Fusion 360, but I continue getting the error message, "Fusion cannot be uninstall right now because one or more of its applications are still running," I have already checked my task manager and i found there were no application running, but I still cant uninstall.

@naomiazeke @Please restart your machine and then try an uninstall.

Unfortunately, restarting my device did not work and i still receive the
same error message

@naomiazeke Here is another way to tackle this:

1. Close Fusion just in case it is open
2. Go to add/remove program and select Autodesk Fusion
3. Modify
This will launch Fusion service utility
4. Run the reset command
5. Now run uninstall from here
