I have been experiencing an issue for a while where I only have access to my projects from my main desktop computer. On any other computer I am faced with a blank projects sidebar, although I am able to access my files from the 'My Recent Data' option. When opening fusion for the first time or refreshing the side panel I get this drop down message appear:
Also when trying to view my Fusion hub online I receive this error message:
I think this issue started around the time I changed the email address associated with my Autodesk account. When trying to sign in to A360 with my old email address I see a window telling me 'There seems to be a conflict' and to post on the forums. I've attached my diagnostic log files in case this may help. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

Hmm, the email change does seem like it may have affected something. I'll take a peek at your logs and forward to the A360 team. In the meantime, can you email me your current Autodesk Account email address, as well as the email address that you changed over from? This should make the process a bit easier. Also, can you go to an incognito browser and login to A360 (link here). This should pop up an error message - send me a screenshot of that as well. I also have this problem but difference is that I'm using same email but with different computer, it said unable to sync without other explaination

Sorry to hear that! Can you please go ahead and log into Fusion 360 and collect your diagnostic log files form the help menu and post them here. Also, can you sign into A360 within an incognito browser and take some screenshots of what you are seeing.

I also have the same problem too.
I had to change my email adress (penchedi@ensta-bretagne.fr to didier.penchenat@ensta-bretagne.fr due to our network policy). Since that time I can't acces to my crewmate's shared projects.

I will take a look. Just to check - can your crewmate re-invite you to the project successfully? Do any errors occur or does it think you should already be invited? Also, when you visit A360, can you see this shared data? Do you get any error messages accessing or viewing your data or shared data? If so, please take screenshots of what you see.

My crewmate re-invinted me to his project. As I clicked on the link, I can see all the files on fusion drive's page with no errors.
But in the main program fusion, I don't have any notification of sharing in my data panel, only the blue stripe "unable to synchronize..." on the left top.
A very strange thing is that I have 2 demo projects in my data panel.
Another strange thing (appeared since my change of email address) is that I also have 2 profiles in the switch hub
And when I click on my name in the data panel (acces to my profile on the web, here's the page: "sorry, the operation you requested couldn't be performed"
As I told, the only thing that I've done (wrong perhaps!) is that I changed my email.

I started this thread back in may of last year, and after a few weeks of troubleshooting you were able to solve my issue. It was working fine for a few months, however unfortunately the problem has started again. At the time you also helped change my email address on the account, but this seems to have reverted back to my older details when the sync issue started occurring again. I tried creating a new Autodesk account with the email I originally tried changing too, but even that account has the same issue. My two accounts, which are usernames callumgeorge27 and callum_george both appear to be set as default in the fusion 360 myhub. Ive attached a few screenshots that may be helpful.
