i am unable to sign in. Uninstalled and installed a couple of times, still same issue. I had requested the same few days back and it didn't help.

Please look into in asap.

What is your operating system?  Are you using a Chromebook?  You need to attach your Fusion 360 logs.  If you do not know how, take a look at this web page. Once you have them attach them to a reply post.

hi i did find the logs. however i didnt understand the attaching logs.

In a reply Forum post, you will see an Attachment section,  use this to select and attach the log file.  Do not forget to tell the Forum your operating system.

Thank you for attaching log file. Please give a try again after run Fusion Service Utility "Reset Fusion 360".
