Unable to save or export file in any format. Mac OS 10.17.7 F360 startup version

I have not used F360 for over a year due to work stoppage.  Now, when I try to save or export a file the menu is greyed out and in-process saving does nothing.

@Anonymous Can you please confirm the OS X version again? Also can you let us know what version of Fusion 360 you have? You should be on 2.0.9719.

@Anonymous I don't see any attachments. Can you also confirm you are on the latest version of Fusion 360?

I used Mail reply and the link when Mail bounced. My OS is 10.15.7, F360 is 2.0.9719. I’ve tried Reddit forums and general searches and hav found this is a common problem in the recent past. None of the methods to fix have worked for me. Again, I thank you for your efforts.
