Unable to Rotate Converted Model Properly

Hello,

I am unable to rotate this model properly, whenever I do, all of the rivets, screws and extra components end up not being attached to the model anymore.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?

The file is linked bellow

Cheers.

The assembly is aligned with the assembly origin so what do you want to rotate.  If you just want to change the view, use the View Cube and then lock in the Home position.  If there is something else, please clarify your needs.

What pivot point?

Clockwise or AntiClockwise?

No timeline and no joints, 2 reasons you may have trouble.

Select all component / bodies in the browser, (Shift + click top and then bottom in Browser)

Select Move Tool, and select pivot point, set new position.

Works here.

Might help....

Ah yes. Cheers.

What I am trying to do, is I am trying to make the 'Front' angle, the front angle of the model. It is currently on its side.

Thanks.

So don't do what I said, you need to follow John's method.

I believe you can do what you want using the View Cube.  Take a look at the Screencast.  Now if you need the view axis in a certain orientation, that is a different process.
