Unable to renew licence

Unable to renew licence

I'm sorry to bother you with this. I use Fusion occasionally. When I tried it this morning, my licence had expired and I got a message to indicate that I was so many updates behind that I'd need to install Fusion again, which I did. I subsequently tried to renew my hobbyist licence, but not luck. Still able to access my old files though! Trawled the site, and followed the advice given, but still no luck. If anyone could help me, that would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Did you try clicking on the button that says "expired"? It should take you to a web page that helps you re-enable your license.

Hi Phil - I tried that, and also followed the instructions for renewing a licence. I was not given the option to indicate that I already had an account, and stopped at that point. I just tried clicking 'download' to see what would happen (I felt a little more confident knowing that I could bug you if it went wrong). The installer indicated that I already had Fusion 360 installed and asked me if I wanted to open it. I indicated that I did, and Fusion started as normal - my files were all still there, and no orange message. Sorry to have troubled you with this. I belong to the user group that is fairly ignorant, expects a lot and doesn't even pay. But if you guys manage to look after people like me also, that is arguably the best measure of the quality of your service. First class. Thanks for responding!

Glad to help out.

And also glad your license is enabled. It's hard to say what may have happened there but if you find this situation again please let me know.

I have a similar problem, I renewed my Educational license, approved, but when I opened my software it listed "View Only" I then reinstall the software, signed in with the same results.

Please help

Nothing attached. Use the camera icon to insert it into the body of your post.

No. Just to be clear, phil.eichmiller and Phil.E are both me.

I asked for a screen shot showing what you are seeing. I don't see any attached. If you could produce an image that shows me any error messages, or notifications in the Fusion application window that would help. Otherwise, I cannot determine from your written words what the problem is.
