Unable to Renew Educational License

Ive been trying for several days to renew my educational license for Fusion 360, I keep receiving this error code. Is there anyone I can talk to about getting this back online ASAP?

If you go into manage.autodesk.com/all products and services do you see Fusion 360 you requested?

If so follow method #2 here:

hey, thanks for the help! it appears that my search engine was the problem, switching to a different search engine allowed me to renew my licence. thanks!
