Unable to promote older versions of a file to a new version.

I have downloaded the personal use fusion 360 and am going through the training videos via coursera. While learning how to add new versions of a design they talk about using the promote button to promote the first version to the most current version. I do not have the promote button on my version list. I did make sure to update fusion 360 to the most current version and it still is not there. Not sure if I have something set up wrong or what is the issue.

Take a look at this article from Autodesk.  The Promote option has been changed.
