Unable to move component which contains references

I was reading old forum post where people said you can't move file if it contains the referenced parts. But it was 5 years ago, it is possible now? I found guideline here which says it is possible:

  • Move any referenced files along with the file that contains the referenced. These files should be moved all at once.

But I am not able to make it. I have tried select all files and move them, both via f360 and browser. Without any success. What I am doing wrong? I don't want doing workaround (download whole file as zip and upload it to my destination). Thanks.

Here is the structure, component 3 and 4 are used in component 2. Component 2 and 1 are used in main item.  I want to move whole content of folder "folder from" to "project to" . I hope it is clear from the image.

Edit:

I thing the problem is that even when I select all components the fusion is moving items one by one and it fails because he can't move one item which has related components. So question is how to tell fusion I want to move them all?
