Unable to modify a fully constrained sketch

Used autoconstrain to fully constrain a sketch.

 

Try to reduce the width dimension (e.g. 150 -> 100) yields "Error: Failed to solve. Please delete or modify one of the following constraints/dimensions d39 : 100 mm"

This sketch was created via too much work.

Get lazy.

Sketch 1/4 of the geometry and use Circular Feature Pattern instead of overly complex sketch.

Look how many duplicated dimensions there are that are not even functions.

I even saw the centers of Fillets dimensioned.

No logical plan here.

 

Edit: Actually, this could be simplified to 1/8.

Keep sketches simple.
