Unable to make projects editable with personal licence

I have just updated my fusion 360 account and have a personal licence. Since doing this a project I was working on show as read only, You have basic access to this document.

I have no documents in my editable project folder and I do not have the switcher showing on my documents to change from read only to editable. Am I missing something somewhere.

Any help greatly appreciated as I only have limited computer knowledge.

Many thanks

Dave

What type of license did you have when you created the files you cannot not access, the one it says Basic Access?  If you Fusion 360 license was a type, other than a Personal license, these files will not be available to you if you try and access them using a Fusion 360 Personal license.

I have the same problem. Your answer, though somewhat informative, offers no solution. Is there any way to retrieve projects?

I have outlined the process for accessing a file from a Team account, where I only have Basic Access, and adding it to my Personal License database.  I recorded the process in a Screencast.  The main thing to remember, you must have been granted access to the team account that you only have Basic Access.  If you do not, this process will not work.  The reason I can do this easily is because I normally use a subscription account and I also have a Personal account I use for demonstration purposes so I can easily grant access rights between teams.

Next time you have a question for the forum, I suggest that you create a new thread.  Posting questions under closed solved threads often are overlooked.
