unable to log in to autodesk 360 because changed license from educational to personal

Not applicable

I was asked to post here after i tried 3 times to contact the  customer support to fix my issue.

i installed fusion 360 and i'm getting "unable to save sufficient data..." error. I tracked the issue to the fact that I'm unable to log in succesfully to Autodesk 360 since the original mail i subscribed with was changed (since it doesn't exist anymore). The previous subscription was educational, but now it asked me to request a new one, and i asked for a personal subscription.

Apparently, since the previous mail was with an educational subscription, now it cannot be accessed and cannot be switched to personal.

Any help?

ps: i attached the latest chat transcript with customer support

Hi @Anonymous,

Can you visit thFusion Onboarding site to create a Team Hub, and then sign in to Fusion 360?
