Unable to load Fusion 360 onto new 2020 iMac errno:13

Assistance required to understand why Fusion 360 will not instal onto new iMac 2020, installation screen reports

errno: 13.  iMac is running Catalina 10.15.6. Memory installed is 40 GB.

@Anonymous In the error UI that you get there is a link that will generate logs for you. Can you please attach that? Also is there any anti-virus that you run that could be blocking the install? have you checked for that?
