I have a strange subscription problem with Fusion. I'm on the startup programme. I have the licence applied to my own email address and my own team. But when I invite myself to join and sign in to the application, I'm unable to join. my own team. The option is dimmed out. I can only create a new team. If I create a new team, I can access Fusion but none of the extensions. If I go back to the manage users panel I cannot move my subscription to the newly created team. It's not even listed in the pulldown. If I go to the Team Hub I can only see the newly created team and not the team that shows in the Manage Users panel.
This is very confusing and preventing me from working. Any help appreciated. I do have a case number open (22121945) but wanted to see if this could be expedited because I can't get any work done. Also I can't access the support panel as it says it's down for maintenance.
