Unable to install

Hello friends! A few days ago I installed the free version of Fusion 360 on my laptop and it worked great for a few days. However, today I decided to reinstall the application and the installer gave me an error message. I am attaching the log. Tell me, please, what is the problem? How to fix it? After all, for several days the application was perfectly installed (several times) on my laptop and worked fine.

Hi,

did you use CLEAN UNINSTALL ?

@makhanoff67U26 I see this in the logs - The current operating system is unsupported, this application requires Windows 8.1.

 

Are you on Windows 7 or 8? If so from the March update we do not support Fusion 360 on these OS. Please check our system requirements - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Sys...

Hi,

there is no way to do a reinstall under W 7.
