Unable to handle a large DXF

DXF is from https://cadastre.data.gouv.fr/datasets/plan-cadastral-informatise (GIS city map)

While LibreOffice can correctly display this DXF in few seconds.

Fusion takes a while and freeze. Moreover, the drawing is wrong.

Your supplied DXF opens without error is a little over a minute.  You did not post any reference so I cannot tell if it is correct or not.  Fusion model is attached.

I know it opens without errors...

Fusion freezes on my 2015 computer.

And the positions of the vertex are messed, looks like a random offset.

It is ridiculous that LibreOffice does the job correctly !

How did you know it contain no errors if you said your computer froze and you could not open it?  My purpose for opening and posting your model from the DXF was to give you a model to analysis.  Did you compare my supplied model with your source?

Really this is a case of use the right tool for the job and this sort of thing is not what Fusion is designed for.

One problem with the design is it's drawn a long way from the origin and Fusion's sketch solver only works to 5 or 6 places.

If I use another program to move the geometry closer to the origin a lot of the problems seem to go away. Is the original DXF created in inches or mm?
