Unable to get to download link for Fusion 360 hobbiest

Hi,

I am trying to register to download Fusion360 for personal use. when I press the arrow after filling in the registration form it creates the same registration form in another window! any help on getting through this to get to the download links would be really appreciated?

Well same with renewal of private license, apply button doesn't work and stays on same window (Germany)

Maybe server issues?

Use VPN (simple vpn as opera's build in, works fine), select USA-america, then sign in again, do the same steps and should work. For me at least it works (Greece-Europe)

I am now stuck more than a month and unable to renew my private license.  I have gone through a lot of advice from the forum but still it does not work.  I emailed autodesk but they even failed to respond properly.  It feels as if this renewal process is deliberately made impossible to get rid of the private license users.  Are there no professionals employed at autodesk?

The same problem here applies for a lot of users from our 3D printing group from Czechia. Same exact behaviour.

We are investigating what may be going on in the Personal sign up form that is causing this. In the meantime, if you are trying to sign up or renew and need access, please email me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com and provide the email address that you use for your Autodesk Account. I will manually grant the personal license while we investigate.
