Unable to get as built joints to work as expected

My system: Mac OS 11.0.1
Fustion 360 2.0.9313
Coffee - really strong
I have included my file so you will know what I want to do. In this file I have grounded the blue block and set one leaf of the friction hinge on it. The other leaf of the hinge is on the green block. I created components for each part of the hinge and both blocks. Here are the steps I have taken so far:
1. I made each part of the hinge and both blocks a component.
2. I grounded the blue block
What I have tried:
1. I created one rigid group consisting of the right hinge leaf, the hinge axel and the green block
2. I created another rigid group consisting of the left hinge leaf, the hinge screw, the hinge nut and the blue block.
3. I created an as built joint consisting of the right hinge leaf, the green block and the hinge axel. I then selected the center of the axel as the center of the rotation (I was careful to select revolute)
When I tested the joint the right hinge leaf revolved as expected however the green block did not move at all. Also after I clicked OK I was not able to move the right hinge leaf nor the green block by clicking and dragging. Will someone please show me what I am doing wrong?
