Unable to find a way to transfer a file to a Machine Shop

I have taken time to learn Fusion 360 (Personal Version) as my local Machine shop uses a commercial version. I have designed a few items I want the Machine shop to make for me. I cannot find anywhere on how I can transfer the file to them, save it to my local drive to copy the file to them etc. Surely it cannot be that hard to do!!

I did read somewhere that this was not possible but that was an old post. I cannot imagine this is not possible otherwise its a waste of time using the product. Who wants to spend all that time and just look at it on their screen!! 

Any advise greatly appreciated.

Does the personal version have Export on the file menu? Just export as an f3d and send to your supplier.
