I have looked through past posts, I have no linked files or machines in my manufacturing workspace. Not sure what's going on.

Have you tried to Export it from the Fusion 360 Web Database?

Yes, it does not show up as an option.

You would use the “Fusion Archive” entry from the list.

If your model contains a linked file, you can ONLY export a F3Z file.  Obviously it does.  You can possibly change it after you download it by using the Break Link command,

Looking at the small sample of screen captures you supply, I am guessing you selected a Machine in your manufacturing setup.  That would show up as a linked file.

Export it as an F3Z file, attach it to a reply post and let the Forum users see why and then, if possible, return it as a F3D file.

I was able to swap to an old version where my CAM was complete, it allowed me to export properly.

It seems if I add a machine then remove it, I will only be able to export as .f3z
