Unable to download personal use - Button doesn't work

Hello, 

 

I logged into Fusion and it tells me that my license has expired. I try to go to the page where it is for free personal (non-commercial use), and fill in the form, and check the license agreement box, but the download button doesn't do anything. I've tried Chrome and Edge. I see a captcha logo at the bottom, but am not presented with a captcha. 

 

Help.

Try clearing your browser cache and then logging in to renew the licence.  I think this worked for me.  Suddenly I was looking at a totally different web page where everything magically worked.

I tried clearing the browser cache, using a different browser, logging out of the account, logging into the account. I've just been stuck. I understand that Autodesk needs to make money, but $500 a year for a couple of trivial personal projects seems pretty unreasonable.

Make sure you are logged out of Fusion also.  I also used a different computer in the process somewhere,  Who knows.

Whelp, they must have done something. I went to another and googled the personal license. It took me to a new page I hadn't seen before, and asked me to log in. I attempted to log in, and the page got stuck. 

 

I then closed the browser, and tried again, and this time, it presented me with the download link (and I was logged in properly). Now when I go to the product and services page, all of the apps are properly listed showing personal use. 

 

I mean it's really hard to complain, as it's free. I would be happy to pay a personal use license fee, but $500 year is just too much for me making stuff for my HO train set.

Same here,

 

Download Button doesn't work. Tried different things nothing happens, after click on Download the Button swapped to Log In????

I tried a few different things and suddenly it just worked. Sadly I can't
remember what I did. It's a pretty hopeless setup and autodesk don't seem
interested.

Can verify, this issue is still occuring. I believe this is autodesk intentionally being shitty.

Use VPN (simple vpn as opera's build in, works fine), select USA-america, then sign in again, do the same steps and should work. For me at least it works (Greece-Europe)

I managed to do this by going to canada's site https://www.autodesk.ca/en/products/fusion-360/personal

I am having the same problem - have created an account, gone to the personal page, filled in my details, but the NEXT button just keeps reloading https://www.autodesk.co.uk/products/fusion-360/personal-form#

can you try in an incognito browser? We pushed a fix out and it appears to be working. If it is still not working, please let me know and I will manually assign it.

Actually, replying to James.Youmatz (boy this forum software is a bit flaky) ... I've responded via email, and incognito mode allowed me to download the installer - but, rather than coming up as a personal plan, it says "trial ends in 30 days".
